ba43
Had a little fun while looking at the "Planned NA Releases" images and by matching them up in google earth, I came up with these images that are fairly close to what we see on the FTX website. Now, again, these are just speculation and not at all exactly what we will see, but just kind of gives an idea of some of the area that ORBX are planning to cover. Which by the way is HUGE!! Hope I don't get in trouble for this. Holger Sandmann
Hello Brad, sorry, not even close Keep in mind what we said in the FSBreak interview: we choose region boundaries based on ecological criteria because FS doesn't offer enough distinct ground texture "slots" to mix wet mountains with dry deserts, boreal forests, different types of prairie, etc., at least not for the kind of detail and realism we're trying to achieve. Cheers, Holger
ba43
Yeah, I figured I'd be off by a lot, but just by looking at the images I had to work with, had a little fun in google earth seeing where things, "might" take us in the future. That's all. Thanks
