steven unwin Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 hi the story is i purchased FTX globel base pack with credit card installed no probs .. now when i purchased Vector am now unable to install due to the red box a communication error occured when trying to perform this action......in my products i am shown as owning the product but it is greyed out .any help would be helpful. shermank Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 One of the official ORBX admins will likely have a definitive answer, but did you try installing it through ORBX Central, rather than as a free standing application?
