Rvnbrg Posted January 9, 2020 Share Posted January 9, 2020 Dear, With ORBX Vector activated my Simulator regularly freezes for 5 to 10 seconds. These freezes are always at the same spots. For example, when taking off from Amsterdam Schiphoi RWY 18L, the sim freezes around taxipad E1. It does not matter if I am on the ground or already airborn, the freezes occur every time. The only way to prevent it to happen is to completely delete Global Vector through ORBX Central. Do you know how to solve this? Nick Cooper Posted January 9, 2020 Share Posted January 9, 2020 Hello, there is no need to completely delete Global Vector through ORBX Central, or indeed any product that you think you are having trouble with. Is there also a way to solve the problem with Vector which will solve the stutter so that I don't have to disable it? Rvnbrg Posted January 10, 2020 Author Share Posted January 10, 2020 Nick, I have just unticked the 5 or 6 Vector folders from my scenery Library, but the freeze still occurs at the same point. Rvnbrg Posted January 13, 2020 Author Share Posted January 13, 2020 Good day Nick, Vectors did not gave any problems indeed. I have disabled Flytampa's Amsterdam but the problem still occorred. When I deleted Trueearth Netherlands the problem was gone. I also noticed that the problem only occurs when the Scenery Complexity slider is on anything higher than 'high'. My pc should be able to handle it since I get a clean 25+ fps. The freezes only and always occurs on exactly the same locations.
