carlosqr Posted December 29, 2019 Share Posted December 29, 2019 Hi Nick I did a full reinstall of P3D and blow away everything I had installed At this moment I'm verifying files for all Orbx products really anxious for seeing the results But for some reason Object Flow doesn't install in the P3D addons menu I have uninstalled it with Central and reinstalled it and it is in its folder but not added to P3D What should I do please? carlosqr Posted December 29, 2019 Author Share Posted December 29, 2019 Hi Nick All of Orbx was originally installed with FTXC I kept Orbx folder to avoid a massive download and removed and reinstalled P3D lm verifying all files with Central. carlosqr Posted December 29, 2019 Author Share Posted December 29, 2019 Hi Nick Well, I had already verified all North America files with Central Just opened FTXC for it to create the Objectflow folder and it did work. Didn't work with Central As I have no third party addons at all and have a fresh install of P3D and just Orbx products I believe I should see Orbx trees in any scenery and will get rid of the 3d ones I'm testing right away Thanks Cheers Carlos Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
carlosqr Posted December 29, 2019 Author Share Posted December 29, 2019 Plenty of trees in Jefferson County, though not sure the combination on grey, brown and green is fine, but there are trees No falling from the sky at Sekiu now with trees No disgusting 3d trees I will continue running the verifying files tool for all the rest of products I have and then will make a back up of the scenery.cfg file, the sound, effects and scenery folder in world scenery too now that I have all Orbx products, just to be safe. Then first thing I'll test is the... FVFR product Thank you for all your patience and guidance. If anything strange happens I'll let you know. I think the one showing is for 12pilots product Is the add-on.xml route correct? Folder location: Add-on.xml route Should the path be something like: H:\Orbx\p3dv4\Orbx ObjectFlow\bin Why is there anotther add*on.xml inside the bin folder? How can I make P3D to add this folder? I do have KSUN in the scenery list but now I don't see in Central an option for True Earth Libraries and it is not in my scenery list either.. what happened here? Orbx Central would not normally remove the FTX Central version of objectflow unless the customer is installing the Orbx Central version of it. FTX Central reinstalls objectflow every time it "activates Orbx scenery". Unless it is once again removed before Orbx Central is run,there can be two versions at once that then cancel each other out.
