JimmyLin
Hello, the attachment is a screenshot which shows the issue I faced at Star-up after the installation of TrueEarth Washington HD on Xplane 11, could anyone help me address where the issue is, thank you very much. Kind regards, Jimmy
Jon Clarke
This is indicating that the conversion process was not completed due to perceived lack of Disk space. You need to check you have enough disk space on the disk you download to and also the disk you are going to install to if that is a different disk. Here is an extract from the Product page indicating the absolute minimum disk space requirements. The download is 39GB and requires another +39GB to utilise to extract the files (+78GB so far) and then + 207GB space on the installation drive. The initial download size of TrueEarth US Washington is 39 GB, the installation uses at least twice that and the installed product requires 207 GB. JimmyLin
Thank you for the quick reply, I have checked the disk space, the ssd has a total of 952GB usable space with 757GB remaining empty. If needed, I can switch the system language to English. Thank you very much. Best regards, Jimmy

JimmyLin
When I started at Spokane, it worked fine. But if I started at other places, such as Seattle Tacoma, Victoria, Spokane, the Xplane 11 crashed.

JimmyLin
Yes, I look forward to seeing this magnificent scenery. Btw, the crash of Xplane 11 occured when trying to start at Seattle, Everett, Olympic, Victoria, and so on. Strangely, I was able to fly in some regions, such as Spokane, Grant co, Yakima, etc. Thank you once again. Best regards, Jimmy

Best regards, Jimmy Open your TE Washington Orthos/textures file and in the search box type in .jpg (dot jpg) I want to see if as i suspect, you still have unconverted jpg files that have not converted to dds format. If you confirm there are jpgs in there I will send you a bat file to run.

Jon Clarke
Place the attached bat file into the TW Washington/Orthos/Textures folder and click on it. When it's finished running, check again via the .jpg search method for any still existing jpg files. Report back. Convert.cmd

JimmyLin
Probably? In English, it says "The system cannot find the assigned path", but then"Done"?
Jon Clarke
Very odd. It's a programme that runs in DOS so if placed in the Orthos/Textures file it searches for jpgs and converts them to dds. After the word "Done" there is another line ending in "Pause". What does the Chinese wording say....it should be Press any key to continue. Jon Clarke
Not really. It should have converted any jpgs but you say it hasn't. What is your OS system.... Windows 10? OK. We need the Orbx central team to look at this. @Nick Cooper will forward this topic/post to Orbx Central Support forum. It shouldn't be in the Bug Report forum really.
