The message you are getting is typical of the installation being incomplete due to lack of  required Disk space.

I don't know what version of TE Washington you have but I am guessing the HD version. This requires enough disk space for the download and extraction process followed by the conversion process of changing the imagery jpg files to dds format. As the notes on the product page at Orbx Direct show, the download is 39GB and the installation uses at least twice that with the final install being around 207GB. So it would indicate you need at least 80+ GB free space on the drive you downloaded to, and at least 220+GB on the drive you are installing TW Washington onto.

Please check you meet those requirements. Verifying Files is not going to confirm you have all the install complete at this juncture, just that all the files required are there, but not necessarily installed correctly, e.g. converted to dds.

  • 2 weeks later...

Still having the same issues. I re-downloaded the HD version but same error message. My main drive where XP resides says I have 302gb free space and the linked drive has 2.73TB free space with Washington TE installed. I verified the files and they are fine.878877090_Annotation2019-12-21081435.thumb.png.42154661069576b2716c934cd392b28c.png

Hello,

I don't think that is the same "issue".

The first was a failure to find texture files.

Your new shot is showing a failure to find library objects, something quite different.

Can you ensure that the Orbx X Plane 11 Libraries are installed and up to date please?

Perhaps you can also do a verify files on the Washington product, just in case.

Helpful hint:

If you open the X Plane 11 log file in Notepad and use "Find" for the word error, you can discover what is going wrong yourself.

It seems to be mainly written in straightforward English.
