Quackster
This has been happening recently. I'll be flying and my textures seem mish-mashed, with bad performance all of a sudden, as well as textures with no autogen appearing very blurry in cities. Could this issue be resolved by verifying libraries?

Quackster
This is also part of the issue. Big tiles showing up without any autogen. Also part of libraries not being verified I assume?
Quackster
Verified Libraries. Still have the same issue. Happened in Washington, and just happened in Houston and Miami.
Doug Sawatzky
Is ObjectFlow installed and activated in your in simulator add-ons menu? Also, go to settings/help/sync simulator.
Quackster
Where do I check that? Also, just verified NA, Libraries, and synced. Nothing changed.

Doug Sawatzky
Thanks Also check that you do not have two version installed.
Quackster
Deleted the folder from my addons. Nothing changed still. Textures still messed up with random textures and blurry squares with no autogen.
Doug Sawatzky
Then we will need coordinates from the Shift+Z keys for your screenshots, so we can go there and have a closer look please.
Quackster
Spawn at KIAH and fly out on the GUMBY3 departure. RW9.
Quackster
Basically, spawn at IAH with the f22 and takeoff from RW9 and fly rw heading. The zones are randomly speckled but one is just after departure.
Quackster
Same thing just south of the field at Gatwick.
Doug Sawatzky
Please pick a specific location that you feel is not correct, then pause your sim so the textures can complete loading, then using the Shift+Z keys to capture the coordinates post a screenshot. Quackster
It's everywhere in the US. However, here is where it happened out of IAH:Z
Quackster
It just seems like all of the ORBX areas seem to have random squares with random textures and no autogen in certain places
Doug Sawatzky
Most PC's are going to have trouble loading textures while flying 600 knots at 1500ft....I am not in front of my sim PC at the moment but will go to the above location when I get a chance, in the mean time maybe try a slower aircraft, because I do not see anything wrong with your above paused screenshot yet. Quackster
I let it pause for a good 30 seconds. Going at 200kts on dep of out IAH in the 73 was the same. There is no autogen there in that city tile and the texture does not match with the surrounding area.
Doug Sawatzky
Thanks Also, Please post a copy of your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4.

Doug Sawatzky
Thanks You will need to set your insertion points as per the below, and I do not see ObjectFlow installed... Ensure all of your 3rd party non Orbx addons are at the top of your scenery library and above your FTX entries. Then in Orbx Central Insertion points "Orbx Airports and Regions”, put your last non Orbx 3rd party listed in your scenery library addon in the INSERTED BELOW window. Then for the "Orbx Global openLC” ensure the Orbx Airports and Regions are in the INSERTED BELOW window
Quackster
The guide said to remove objectflow from the addons folder. I did that.
Quackster
Ok, installed objectflow on Orbx Central and set the insertion points. Going to check now.
Doug Sawatzky
Yes, but you will need to go to settings/Libraries and create a new Library in a location of your choosing, this is required for the installation of ObjectFlow 2 for Orbx Central, then it will be installed and use 7mb of space in that new folder, and everything will work properly. You do not need to use this folder for anything else, Orbx Central will then give you the choice to install your products to that folder or to the root simulator folder. Have you done this? Quackster
I selected it to install to an outer library when it installed. I just enabled it as I just launched P3d.
Doug Sawatzky
Great! Did you get your insertion points set correct? You could post the revised “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” file.
Quackster
This is odd. The area that had the problem before now has buildings but now a few more areas do have no buildings now. So confused.

Quackster
also, while testing drawing ranges, it seemed to skip over certain tiles and draw scenery around them and past them. Seems like it's refusing to load autogen in random tiles. It's 99% of the time the same tiles.
Doug Sawatzky
Your “scenery.cfg” file and the “add-ons.cfg” files look correct now, but I am out of ideas on the missing autogen issue....I am flying around KIAH now and cannot replicate your missing autogen. Quackster
Weird. Could it be the terrain.cfg?
Doug Sawatzky
No, but have you done a verify files of your FTX Global base and OpenLC NA?

Doug Sawatzky
Maybe try deactivating/unchecking all your non Orbx 3rd party sceneries from your scenery library and add-ons list and see what happens.
Quackster
Still happens. Same areas too.
Nick Cooper
Hello, so far, these random areas of missing autogen have been the result of another developer's addon. As far as I am aware, objectflow and autogen have absolutely nothing to do with each other. Removing all other addons would be my first suggestion Verifying the Orbx Library and running Sync Simulator should reset the autogen descriptions. Nick Cooper
I can only relay the ones that customers have themselves found. So far, these have been Godzone NewZealand, which I am informed is now fixed. Aerosoft Lukla and "StMoritzersee.bgl" from Swiss_Seaplane_Basis_Winter directory of the Swiss Seaplane Pilot Addon, the last one having only a local effect.
