Nick Cooper Posted November 1, 2019 Share Posted November 1, 2019 Hello, in the event that you lose or forget your password, the first step to take is to request a password by clicking on Forgot password Once done, this window will appear. There are three choices. 1. Click on Send reset email, highlighted in yellow. Note: this must be the e mail address that you registered at Orbx Direct when you opened your account. 2. Click on Remembered your password?, highlighted in green. This will take you back to the log in window where you can enter your password. 3. Click on Need an account?, highlighted in red. Use this option if you cannot access your Orbx Direct account because you have not yet created one. 4.
