jurgenm1947 Posted October 30, 2019 Author Share Posted October 30, 2019 Hello Nick, Will this only work with my blueyonder account, reason I'm asking is that all my purchase via THE FLIGHT SIM STORE were bought using my gmail account. Nick Cooper Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 Hello, please use you forum e mail address and once again the password changeme As before, you will be required to change it, so please do so and make a note of what you changed it to because changeme only works once. You can now only access one account. This should not present you with a problem since the second account contained only the libraries and SAM and a freeware, all of which are either already in your existing account or can be easily added. Piotr Posted November 14, 2019 Share Posted November 14, 2019 My problem i quite similar. I returned to FSX a few days ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in my FTX account. I asked for password reset twice, but no answer. So, I decided to create a new account with the same email and surname, last week. I can find no trace of another account and I wonder if you might be confusing Orbx Direct with the Flight Sim Store. Can you provide an order number or a transaction number please?
