Password request

After loosing my password on Saturday I have repeatedly asked to renew it using the "forgot password" button I have entered two of my email address and I still have not received anything that will allow me to change the password. Can some-one please advise.

Hello Nick, 

Will this only work with my blueyonder account, reason I'm asking is that all my purchase via THE FLIGHT SIM STORE were bought using my gmail account. I've tried to log in using "changeme" and my gmail address but that didn't  work, although it did when using my  blueyonder.

Hello,

please use you forum e mail address and once again the password changeme

As before, you will be required to change it, so please do so and make a note of

what you changed it to because changeme only works once.

 

You can now only access one account.

This should not present you with a problem since the second account contained only

the libraries and SAM and a freeware, all of which are either already in your existing

account or can be easily added.

My problem i quite similar.

I returned to FSX a few days ago. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in my FTX account. I asked for password reset twice, but no answer.

So, I decided to create a new account with the same email and surname, last week. Unfortunately, all the scenery assigned to the email and surname have disappeared.

Do I have any chance to recover them?

Hello,

 

if you were able to create an account using the same e mail, then there

was no account with that e mail in the first place.

I can find no trace of another account and I wonder if you might be confusing

Orbx Direct with the Flight Sim Store.

 

Can you provide an order number or a transaction number please?
