password problems

Hi, I've been automatically logged in to Orbx for a long time but now having purchased some more scenery without issues, central is asking me for my password-which I have forgotten. I have attempted to request help regarding this issue ...forgotten password...but have received no emails. This means I am unable to download scenery via Central. Frustrating. Any help appreciated, thanks for your time.
