portypaul Posted August 8, 2019 Share Posted August 8, 2019 Purchase Order Receipt: 5d4a8bbd094c8 of 7th August 2019 After receipt of your email to me, portypaul@yahoo.com, I downloaded and installed Orbx Central. \ I then tried to install AU Australia v2 but was unable to as error message was “This product cannot be installed as it is not compatible with the following products. They will need to be uninstalled before this product can be installed. AU Holgermesh Australia”. I searched the forums and removed the files as suggested. Error message was the same. Also from the forums it was suggested the the old Orbx installation should be removed. I have cut and pasted the FTX_AU folders to a backup folder. Error message was the same.
