All of the entries apart from the Orbx_BuildingsHD are set as required by P3D v4 and cannot therefore be disabled in the scenery library. 2. Orbx_BuildingsHD is added to the scenery library using the P3D xml method. It cannot be disabled in the scenery library but it can be disabled in the add-ons menu.
