mauricecohen
I just got TE_GB_South (id# 5d15874f1e858) and have not followed posts about it, so this may have been reported/explained: I see an extraneous building and a couple of trees on the Thames in London a couple of miles west of EGLC. Here are 2 screenshots viewing them from both directions along the river Missing exclusion zones?
Jon Clarke
@mauricecohen Submit your scenery_packs.ini or review as this could be the cause of the anomaly you are seeing.
Vostflyer
The position, in scenery_packs.ini, of the default London Landmarks looks to be the issue; that extraneous building is supposed to be Tower Bridge .
Nick Cooper
Indeed, the missing Tower Bridge is the direct result of having the London Landmarks below the TEGB product in the scenery_packs.ini file. This is why it is best to allow Jon to view the ini file and make any corrections that are necessary.
mauricecohen
Thank you for the responses, but it appears to be a TE_GB_South problem. I had London Landmarks disabled, but since it could have been something else, I tested in a "clean" XP installation also with London Landmarks disabled: same result. Here is a screenshot and the scenery pack.ini. scenery_packs.ini
Nick Cooper
Please enable London Landmarks. Your ini file is otherwise fine.
mauricecohen
I thought that TE_GB_South put its own custom objects in London, but that is not the case then - it counts on London Landmarks for the objects AND exclusions. Live and learn. Thanks!
mauricecohen
Nick, looking back at your first post here, I see that it is exactly what you said; my preconceived idea made me read it as saying the exact opposite; sorry about that.

Just to advise you that Orbx does indeed add it's own custom objects in TEGB South but these are designed to work with and in addition to Laminar's London Landmarks, and does not replace them.
