The problem is more than a bug. So I would like to exchange this product, for another of the same value. My computer is very powerful and I have no problem with all the other add-ons. How can you help me? P.S .: In such a situation why do not you have at least one email for customer service because I do not think anyone can fix this problem on the forum? Doug Sawatzky Posted May 14, 2019 Share Posted May 14, 2019 Hi The extremely quick and easy fix is to disable it in the Vector AEC tool, or simply run the "Auto Configuration" And please do not use all capital letters in your topic titles (I have fixed it for you).
