Nick Cooper
Hello, thinks. However, there is no Orbx scenery in that one. Have you installed the Orbx libraries yet?
JWxTreme
I believe this is the correct one from ProgramData directory. Sorry about that. scenery.cfg
JWxTreme
I wonder if this could be the issue? I don't see the solution outlined however. http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=12271.0 http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?PHPSESSID=q5fr3av3td14747p9h9unglem7&topic=11553.
Doug Sawatzky
Hi Maybe try the "Verify Files" in FTX Central for your Vector product.

I will try that out tonight and see if it works. I just now did the verify files for Global Vector. I will let you know how it goes.
JWxTreme
I just tried out a flight from LAX after verifying files for Vector but same issues. No Pacific Ocean water, just land.
Doug Sawatzky
Then I would try a full uninstall and reinstall of Vector.

Doug Sawatzky
Maybe try a "Verify Files" of your SCA Southern California. Also, I would do a "Force Migration" from FTXC3 settings. And you can go to your P3Dv4\ORBX\Troubleshooter folder and run the "MirationTroubleshooter.exe and post the results.
JWxTreme
Thanks Doug, I tried what you suggested, Verify Files for NA Southern California and the Force Migration but still same problem, no difference. Doug Sawatzky
Thanks Next, delete the terrain.cfg found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4, restart your sim and it will build a new one, then recheck.

Hi Doug, I did as you instructed, deleted the terrain.cfg file in my ProgramData directory and restarted the sim but when I flew out of LAX the land is still there off the coast of LAX. Nothing changed. I thought this might be my problem but I checked the file 1619_WTR_Waterbodies.OFF in ORBX\FTX_VECTOR\FTX_VECTOR_CVX\scenery drectory and its already named .bgl. https://orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/87144-sea-west-of-klax-became-land/?tab=comments#comment-796527
JWxTreme
OMG. it worked!! I have the Pacific Ocean back west of KLAX. What I did was this, I Verified Files for OpenLC and also Libraries in FTX Central and started my sim and flew out of LAX. I had Verified Files before but only with Global Vector and NA Southern California. I now have the beautiful ocean back!!
