Sergio Fernandez
After installing ORBX Global Base for Prepar3d V4, the ground turns white (see picture below) after about 10 minutes of flight. Can someone please explain why this happens and what I can do to address this problem? Thank you in advance.
Nick Cooper
Hello, welcome to the forums. This is what is seen if the PC is unable to load the simulator as fast as the user is asking it to. What are the specifications of your PC please?

Nick Cooper
Thanks, if you pause the flight, do the textures eventually return, or not?
Sergio Fernandez
No, they do not return, even after changing the scenario. I need to restart the program to make the textures return. Thank you.
Nick Cooper
Did you also install the Orbx libraries?
Sergio Fernandez
Yes. Is it possible that my graphics card does not have enough memory (only 4 gig)? Or would more RAM help (currently 16 gig)? Thanks.
Doug Sawatzky
Hi, Have you run the "Force Migration" option in FTXC3 settings?
Sergio Fernandez
Thanks. Yes, I did, but it didn't help unfortunately. Does ORBX Libraries need to be installed before ORBX Base?
Doug Sawatzky
No, as long as they are both installed. Please post a copy of your scenery.cfg file found at C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\scenery.
