wmcgrady Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 I opened my FTX Central - FSX account, clicked on Global Range and found the words "Not Installed" at the top of openLC North America Alaska/Canada. I then clicked on that box and found "There are no downloads available for this product". I also found the same statement in my ORBX account. I purchased openLC North America Alaska/Canada on 2017-02-01, transaction ID 5891c5c3d4f9f. Any suggestions about what I should do will be greatly appreciated!! In the meantime, please do not click on it again. As you also have Open LC North America, your link to OpenLC North America Alaska/Canada is redundant in any case.
