bvdboomen
I noticed that some parts of the lights on the taxiway of Juneau are floating. The discs float higher than the lights at the border. bvdboomen
Does anyone have a clue? Forgot to mention that it's P3D v4.4.
Nick Cooper
I think that the corrections for objects at altitude that were required for earlier versions of P3D are not now required, as P3D has been updated.
bvdboomen
Thanks Nick. That sounds plausible. Is there anything that I can do about it or must this be patched?

bvdboomen
Thanks Nick. Will this problem be passed to a developer since I understand that the original creator is no longer with ORBX?
Nick Cooper
I have had another think and probably I am wrong because it's only 25 feet above sea level. The FSX version in P3D looks fine and so does the P3D v4 version for me. I wonder if your mesh is set too high perhaps. 5m is the recommended setting. bvdboomen
Ah, ok! This is a good thing because now I know it's localized to my machine. I'll look into it and when I find a solution, I'll post it here.
bvdboomen
I checked my mesh resolution and it was 5m. Then I uninstalled PAYN and installed it again and the lights are grounded now: I'm missing the seaplane base now, so I have to look into that another time. This topic can be flagged as solved. Thanks for your help Nick. Cheers, Ben.
