Simon Jefferson
I've just purchased Orbx True earth South. But on loading I'm just getting the message advising that it cannot locate image for terrain! I've attached my scenery config and a screenshot of the error message. I'm in the process of re-downloading, that went fine. However I received an error when converting the files? I've included this also. Would really appreciate some help!! Many thanks Simon

Simon Jefferson
The same message now comes up when I try to load any airport in Xplane 11 - Even ones up in Scotland! Really want to be able to use this software as been looking forward to it for ages! Thanks Simon
Simon Jefferson
I've also notice that with the 3 mains folders in custom scenery (A, B & C) The total is only 8.64 GB? Can this be right? Or is the rest stored else where in Xplane 11? Thanks Simon
Fizzelle
Simon the product is 126gb or so! Are you sure you have sufficient disk space? Also go back to FTX Central and run the "Verify Files" option. On a Windows 10 machine, I have these Visual C++ products - did you check yours? Simon Jefferson
Thank you. I did try downloading the files manually and it advised that it was about 26gb? Is that right?

Simon Jefferson
Could it be anything to do with XP11 being installed on my solid state and FTX being on my main hard drive?
