ollyowl
New topic as requested. Thank you for the welcome Doug, Unfortunately, that did not work for me, I am downloading manually from the product information page. I'll see how that goes. The error flashes up after I select which sim (I have XP11 on a different drive) and I get the starting message, then the error box. Doug Sawatzky
Hi John Have you run X-Plane since installing FTX Central?
ollyowl
Hi Doug, Update, I used the manual download method to download the EU Norway, I cleared the error box and FTX installed the file from the downloads folder without issue, then completed the download and install of an airport. It is currently downloading the Germany South scenery (as I type I'm at 2.2gb) I'll keep a watchful eye on the progress. I have used XP11 lots with FTX installed but not installed any 3rd party scenery's on XP, all are in P3D John

ollyowl
All files installed, sim runs and all ok, I have closed and opened FTX, no error message. I'll buy another file tomorrow to test (yes I love your products!) Thanks for all your help today! john
Nick Cooper
Don't forget, the sale finishes tonight.
ollyowl
I missed the sale to test the system but I picked up Sumburgh Airport and all went through install smoothly. So I assume it was a glitch somewhere that righted itself. Once again, thanks for the help! John
