Funkyseas
I got a problem, at my orbx scenery there will be often the same forest texture, but i guess they are wrong at this place. Its mostly the same texture and it will popup, also in forest areas. I also found that sometimes are water under the trees (direct at airport ID32) I deinstall the orbx scenery and the folder and reinstall it. I also used the terrain.cfg change from Sandmann. Redone migration. But it stays the same. It wasnt always like that I only use Orbx Scenery PNW FJORD NORTHERN and CENTRAL ROCKYS Sry for the pics with my mobile, but iam in my cockpit at the moment. Holger Sandmann
Hi there, beyond specific terrain gradients the sim automatically switches urban and agricultural landclass types to forest or rock textures. While that makes sense from a land-use perspective it can lead to display oddities like yours where the "generic" agricultural texture gets broken up by this slope class. Incidentally, that's one of the reasons why people shouldn't use 1-m or 2-m mesh resolution settings because these display issues become much more prevalent; the lower the mesh resolution setting the less steep local slopes and thus less gradient-dependent class switching. Cheers, Holger
