I am downloading an additional 3GB of data which I hope will fix this problem. Try verifying your files and see if you get the option to download additional files. Charles. You have posted an image of FTX Central still installing the product and at the same time running X Plane 11. Unless you superimposed the error message onto your image of FTX Central, you cannot expect the product to work as expected when its installation is not yet complete.
