I have the same problem and I then decided to verify my files using FTX Central. I am downloading an additional 3GB of data which I hope will fix this problem.

Try verifying your files and see if you get the option to download additional files.

ive done this already im now on my 3rd install/verifying GOOD LUCK you will need it

Hello,

there is no need to post again in another topic when you have had an answer.

You have posted an image of FTX Central still installing the product and at the same time running X Plane 11.

Unless you superimposed the error message onto your image of FTX Central, you cannot expect the product to work

as expected when its installation is not yet complete.
