NorCal.Pilot Posted August 11, 2018 Share Posted August 11, 2018 Hello! I just bought ORBX's KSAN, and as soon as I loaded in a noticed two things: 1. My aircraft tires were halfway in the ground. 2. The Pacific Ocean's coast went far into the sea as a massive circular land texture. I have FTX Global/Vector (both up to date) and this is in P3D V4.3. I have tried to run the elevation config and that did not solve the issue. I do not have ORBX Socal (but I do have ORBX NorCal). Also this occurred after I installed KSAN through FTX Central 3, this did not happen before. I'm doing research right now, but many threads are either semi-relevant or are many years old. NorCal.Pilot Posted August 12, 2018 Author Share Posted August 12, 2018 So in a fit to fix this myself I re-arranged my scenery library entries and messed up all of my sceneries. Now there is blurry terrain over all my addon and default airports. Is there a way for it to automatically sort itself out? NorCal.Pilot Posted August 12, 2018 Author Share Posted August 12, 2018 I tried that too, most of my addon scenery entries are greyed out and can not be edited ( I cant uncheck it or chance its order, its just stuck at the top.) Nick Cooper Posted August 12, 2018 Share Posted August 12, 2018 Hello, I would think that they are all installed using the P3D xml file method and can therefore be switched on and off in the P3D add-ons menu. I followed the guide at: https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/522254-ftx-orbx-scenery-prepar3d-updating-reinstalling-troubleshooting/ I must of messed it up bad because it wasn't until the "If all else fails" section did I find the fix.
