Siegfried Eberle Posted June 29, 2018 Share Posted June 29, 2018 Hello, i ordered the product EU Germany South. I payed 54 AUD (approx 50 EUR). I tried to used the FTX System for download. I looked in the ftx System - but my product will be not shown. When i take the alternative download - i cant open the ZIP File (i read the artikle About using the ftx System) - but - there is Nothing to see About the downloaded file! Please give me an support. The product is not compatible with X Plane 11. If you ordered it in error, please submit a support ticket requesting a refund. The product is compatible with FSX, FSX-SE and all versions of P3D. Nick Cooper Posted June 29, 2018 Share Posted June 29, 2018 You need to properly install FSX so that FTX Central can see it. If you go to this site and download the FSX Registry Utility, you can use it to repair your Windows registry. FTX Central will then see FSX and you can use it to install your product.
