Nick Cooper
Hello, So long as you don't plan to land at any of the PNW airports, the easiest method is to un-tick the four FTX_NA_PNW entries in your scenery library.
elsmoko
Thank you for the fast reply Nick. I did try un-ticking the 4 PNW entries and as you alluded to, the airports didn't look very good ~:) Is there a different practical alternative, or must PNW be uninstalled to temporarily disable it ? If uninstallation is necessary, are there any special considerations / problems involved with the uninstall / reinstall ? Ken
Holger Sandmann
Hi Ken, please see https://orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/150170-disable-a-region/?do=findComment&comment=1323130 Uninstalling/re-installing is fairly quick as well, especially if you have created a backup during the initial installation so that FTX Central doesn't need to download multiple GB each time. However, if you're also using Global Vector you will need to run the AEC scanner each time (or maintain multiple saved profiles), just like in the case of the temporary deactivation. Cheers, Holger.
