jordancollins
I'm having texture issue with the downtown area of Edmonton, Alberta. There seems to be three texture squares that appear to look like what the texture should look like at night but i see them during the day. They're not very big and it is winter season but they kind of look like black squares. I reinstall OpenLC + Vector but it didn't cure my problem. Thanks 2018-3-7_18-5-55-447.bmp

Doug Sawatzky
Ok, please run the "Force Migration" option from FTXC3 settings. Then go to your ORBX\Trouble Shooter folder and run the "MigrationTroubleshooter.exe" and post the results here.
Holger Sandmann
Hi there, if this happened after upgrading to P3D v4.2 then you should also reinstall Global Base. OpenLC NA requires Global Base to work correctly and it's Base that is a replacement for default landclass files in \Scenery\World\texture that may get re-set to default by installing the 4.2 update. Cheers, Holger
jordancollins
O ok. Can I just install global or do I need to uninstall open lc and vector first?
jordancollins
Ok, so I uninstalled Global...it took like 2 second (isn't that odd?)...reinstalled Global (took like barely a minute) reloade the sim up and I still have the same problem isn't the Global download several gigs? Doug Sawatzky
Maybe try again, but wait a few moments, when it’s done it should automatically show you the reinstall options. Like many other products, it doesn’t show a progress bar while uninstalling.

Doug Sawatzky
Thanks, I have converted it into a more user friendly form above. What is the top entry called Simaddons\Base? Maybe try unchecking it?

Doug Sawatzky
It’s a long shot, but maybe delete the shaders folder and let the sim build a new one on next start.
