Quote Exclude Orbx Street Lights -when drawing very large numbers of effect style lights such as old style Orbx lights (i.e pre FTXG) there can be a performance impact in urban areas. This used to apply to the Vancouver areas before PNW was converted to the new FTG lights. If you notice an issue of performance in an Orbx urban area you can try selecting this option.
