Enrico
I bought FTX Global openLC South America. When I fly with PMDG NGX in P3Dv4, after some time P3Dv4 crashes when the openLC South America scenery is active. There is no error message or reason provided at all when crashing. I have tried doing exact the same flight, with the same scenery deleted and all goes well. So, the problem occurs only when FTX Global openLC South America is installed. I have many FTX Global Range products installed and I only have this problem with openLC South America. I am running all legal/registered and updated software. Any idea what the problem can be? Thanks in advance.
Richard Lincoln
Hi, Could you please take a screenshot at 2500 and show us the anomaly you are describing
Enrico
Hello Richard, Apologies for the delay answering. Please find attached the screenshot. This is the screenshot after the problem happens. As you can see, no error message, P3D just freeze. After a few seconds, P3D restarts automatically, like when there is a crash. This happens all the time only when flying in openLC South America, with any aircraft, under any weather condition. I hope you guys can find the problem. Thanks in advance. Richard Lincoln
Hi, Thanks for the Ticket, would you mind replying with your Pc specs please? Have you tried this position with a Default Aircraft?
Nick Cooper
Hello, is that perhaps just an aircraft crash? Have you tried the same flight with crash detection disabled?
