Ermede
Hi! I have, over the past few weeks, bought several products: FTX Global Base Pack, FTX Global openLC North America , FTX Global Trees HD, and FTX Global Vector. I have been trying to get all of them to work on my FSX:SE for PC, but so far I have been unsuccessful. The products show up on my scenery library (I have attached my scenery.cfg to this post), but it doesn't make a difference if the box next to them is checked or unchecked. I finally tried uninstalling all ORBX products as per the instructions in the FAQ and reinstalling them. In between, I tried the simulator again (was I just crazy? Were my expectations just unreasonable?) but, again, I got the same scenery right after uninstalling and right after installing again. Doug Sawatzky
Hi Welcome to the forums Your scenery.cfg looks fine, so Please apply the below procedure, Ensure the Orbx Libs are installed and up to date. (is there a blue notification above the settings button in FTXC3?) Ensure all of your 3rd party addons are at the top of your scenery library and above your FTX entries. Then in FTX Central 3 Insertion points, move "FTX entries should be inserted below" just below your last 3rd party addon. Then move the "openLC entries should be inserted below" just below your FTX entries. and click "Save". Then run the "Force Migration" option. Finally Click on the "Clear Temp" button. Then, if you have Vector installed, there is a Vector control panel access button at the bottom of the FTXC3 settings page. When you open it you can select the amount of road coverage etc, be sure to uncheck the "Frozen Surface (in winter only)"option, and check the Australia Add-Ons under the “Settings” tab, then go to the Airport Elevation Correction (AEC tool) tab and run the auto configuration process and be sure to click on "Appy" when it is done scanning. Also, have a look at the below topic and feel free to post your own screenshots. Cheers Doug
Ermede
I have run the instructions as above: the libraries were up to date, both my 3rd party addons are above FTX. I attach a picture of insertion point options. Also, I migrated again and clicked "clear temp" several times. It didn't seem to do anything, but maybe something happened in the background. I also changed the settings in FTX Vector. I have attached a picture with the coordinates from the post you linked. The colors seem fine, but my scenery is much more scarcely populated than the one even under FSX Global Only.

Ermede
That makes sense... I was using the suggested settings on the user manual, but I see a difference now. Thank you!
