Many times I spot some "water" in a strange blue color, but when I'm nearer, it disappears: What could be the issue here? FTX Central 3.2.2.8 cares about the libraries & GForce Experience about the latest drivers for the GTX1070. System has been setup from scratch less than 4 weeks ago.
