col1948
I downloaded FTX Global and Vector this morning, when I went in the sim the first thing I noticed was waves on the river banks, partly in the banks and the field, is there a setting to stop that, it doesn't look natural? Aslo I already have all of the UK including North and Southern Ireland, I was wondering is there a pecking order to move them up or down in the scenery setting, any help appreciated, thanks? col1948
I did a forum search to see if anyone else had this problem, in doing so I saw lots of posts about the water issues. So far I guess I have been lucky not to have the water on runways and covering land areas where it shouldn't be, what I'm getting at is I was going to see if I could install better water textures but after reading these threads I am scared to touch it. It's a shame because the land textures in general are great and I'm very pleased so don't get me wrong I don't mean to put ORBX down but as said in mant other posts the water thing is an issue. dexthom
If you would go to the Vector Forum you will find the solution.
col1948
How many forums is there? I read on the ordinay ORBX forum if you have a problem with FTX go to the support forum, now I'm being directed to the Vector forum, I thought Vector was part of FTX? Nick Cooper
As you wish, it was a helpful suggestion by a fellow customer. Perhaps you could post a screen shot of the waves that you would prefer not to see, for comparison purposes.
