I could not figure why it isn't there. Kindly please assist on how to put support leg for those jetways. A screen shot is attached. Thank you. It looks to me as if you may be having problems with your simulator, there are more anomalies that just the leg. Luckily I saved the download file in my external hard drive. Here's my proof of purchase: Order Number: FSS0267211Order Date: 2014-02-06[ORB-731] Orbx - FTX: NA PAJN Juneau International AirportRegistration Key: I opened Central configuration and says it needs an update, only available through flightsimstore. You will still need to review your simulator settings to avoid the anomalies seen in your screen shot. These are not problems with the scenery but problems with your copy of FSX. Villaloha Posted July 8, 2017 Author Share Posted July 8, 2017 I am so FRUSTRATED!! I tried to get my PAJN jetway's leg back but this is a run-around! I clicked to update PAJN but this pop up message kept saying only to be done through FSS Store. I then clicked "Open FTX" it won't work. Nick Cooper Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 Hello, I think you are wasting your time, the problem is that the correct scenery is not being displayed properly, not that you do not have the correct scenery. You will also make no progress with FTX Central v2 which has been replaced with FTX Central v3. Villaloha Posted July 8, 2017 Author Share Posted July 8, 2017 I did not realize that there was new version so I updated to new version. I updated PAJN and checked to see if the leg is there. No change. Should I uninstall PAJN and re-install it? To my surprise, I do not see JUNEAU in my Scenery Library in FSX. Is that normal? I can't delete PAJN so I can re-install. Nick Cooper Posted July 9, 2017 Share Posted July 9, 2017 Once again, your problem is not with the files but with the failure of FSX to display the airport properly. If you wish to re-install, you can click on the PAJN icon and select uninstall. Then select Install product. I see you have not logged in to an Orbx Direct account, do you have one? The problem is that your computer is not working properly. You can see in this picture that there are several things wrong. All of them because there is a fault that is stopping your computer from showing you what is supposed to be there. Now look at what I see You could start by re-installing your graphics card driver. Graphic driver!? I just bought brand new 4 GB GeForce GTX 1050Ti and is the latest version. How could graphic card causing this problem? Maybe settings? You can see that the control tower windows are not there and nor is the window on the side of the building, next to the jetway. If you are using the Preview Direct X 10 mode, try it without.
