resolved Global Base Pack, Vector and Southern California not working in FSXSE

Hi, I uninstalled my FSX and bought and installed FSX Steam Edition.  I installed Global Base Pack, Vector and Southern California into FSXSE but they are not working.  The files are there in the ORBX folder inside the FSXSE so don't understand why they are not working.  How can I get them to work?  Please help.  Thank you.
