active Reinstall boxed copy of Australia

After reinstalling windows I am reinstalling all my FSX files. I have a boxed copy of Australia that doesn't appear in my products listing in my account. How do I include the Australia package in my Orbx account?

I'm unable to update Australia SP4 via FTX Central. I also added my o/n for this product

Hello,

At the moment you cannot add a boxed product to your Orbx Direct account.

It was possible and it will be possible again.

I've loaded the software back onto my machine, however I'm not able to update via FTX Central. Does it mean that there will be a fix for this soon?

There has been a system in preparation for some time now but I am informed that it is 

quite complex to set up and not yet ready.

Until there is provision to transfer DVD licences to Orbx Direct, it will not be possible to

update DVD products using FTX Central.

When this function is ready, it will attract a small admin fee, as was the case when it

could be done at the Flight Sim Store.
