active flightsim.com purchase orbx and vector lights question

Hi I'm new to the forum and had a couple questions.

 

1 I was wondering where I put my order number in the response, I don't want it to be publicly available.

 

I bought both products, orbx and vector from flightsim.com and have the email receipts and order numbers. I was wondering how I could go about updating my account so it shows I have these two products even though I bought it presumably from you via flightsim.com

 

2 how do I go about updating orbx since the program said to look for an update on the forum.

 

3 I have my lights at max brightness, on fsx se with both sliders set to- special: very dense and autogen being dense.  Is there something I could do to make the lights brighter? I have used the tool provided in ftx set up

When you write Flightsim.com, do you mean Flight Sim Store or somewhere else?

Their order numbers start with FSS and there are thousands of them

on display in these forums.

We can't offer support for payware products without at least one.
