Error message #10

invoice fsso 155 617 

I have to install Central Rockies on my new computer and get error message #10 when I try to validate the action.  "required order details missing or bad input. ensure there is no whitespace included with the values entered."

 

I have the invoice, date, and key code written down so not missing any details, there is no whitespace included either

Hello and welcome to the forums.

 

You have no need to update anything to install your products.

Instead of doing that, I would suggest that you return to your account page at the Flight Sim Store.

Log in and click on My Orders\View my registration details.

You will find all your purchases listed there along with their order numbers, dates of purchase and

serial numbers.

I would recommend that you copy and paste the details for each product into a Notepad text file,

being very careful not to add any spurious empty spaces.

Save each file as "Serial for product XX" .

When it comes to entering the details into the installer, you will find that copying and pasting is far

more reliable than writing down, reading and then typing.
