maikel
Hello, I use Fsx and P3D combined and want to use global, vector and openlc eu in both sims. They are already running in P3D. How can I do this without have all files twice on my sdd? They take a lot of room together. Thanks for you time. Sabretooth78
I'm curious about this myself. Particularly in the case with Vector, I've noticed that both my FSX and P3D Vector install folders have exactly the same number of files, folders and even the same number of bytes used. Ideally I would delete the FSX Vector and just symlink the P3D Vector folders over to FSX. I'm not in a shortage for disk space, but I am trying to achieve commonality in my FSX and P3D scenery libraries where possible if nothing else just for the benefits of not running add-ons in parallel. Ultimately it's just a temporary measure as I'm awaiting the update of my last two aircraft to P3D, at which time FSX will disappear in a clean reinstall, but until then...
