addman Posted December 24, 2016 Share Posted December 24, 2016 A lot of people have and are still having download and installation issues with their purchased Orbx products. For any doubters, just head over to the FTX Central support forum and behold the endless pages filled with red unresolved topics. I'm a grown-up and usually patient person so I don't expect problems as big as these to get fixed overnight, however, it would be nice to hear from JV or someone else who might be working directly with the issue if they have at least identified what the main cause(s) of the problem might be and MAYBE an approximate time of having it fixed. I'm well aware that these are holiday times but to speak frankly, if you can't do support then don't keep the shop open. I find it a bit arrogant that you have no problem charging for things you can't deliver, even if it is just for a handful of people.
