active Where to find the updates

Please can you help with where i find the support page. The FTX Global is telling me that ther is an update in fact two when I open the update button. However nothing happens if I press the Version 1.4 or 1.45. I cannot find where the update is located.

Do i need to install both updates or just the latest version?

Hi,

   I am havin the same problem. When I get to the OrbxDirect page and try to log in I'm told my username or password is incorrect. I then chose to reset my Password but no mail was received in order to do this. The next set was to register, however, my email adress was apparently taken!! Can someone point me in the right direction to have this problem solved.

Hello John,

You Orbx Direct user name is not the same as your forum user name.

You account was not active because you had not replied to the e mail.

I have activated your account,now you need only log on using the same name that you used when you

registered and the same password.

Then if you wish to, you can transfer your licences to Orbx Direct and use FTX Central v3 to manage your

products.
