I reinstalled the download once and this cleared up the problem. Just installed the updated Avalon airport that included an airshow component and I can no longer turn off the airshow portion. I am reluctant to reinstall using the original download since the sp3 download seems to have installed new files. ?? Download and install (over the older Airports, is it right?...no installation order or read me... :'( ) And i cannot tick or untick the Airshow mode box, error message "cannot switch mode..." All other boxes works fine. O.k., forget this, jump in a plane and visit the show! Very nice, 5-7 frames per second, start, traffic pattern, landing....ooops! Crash landing, my landing gear sinking over 4 foot into the runway ground! Plane destroyed, and all the people around take pictures from this. Congratulation! No kidding, please, help me. Installation order: FSX+Acc, Holgers Mesh, SP2 DVD, Airfields (with YSCH and YMAV original), OZx, Ants, SP3, SP3 update, ORBX Libraries, YCNK, YMAV, YSCH (all SP3) Best regards, -Ralf- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

John Venema Posted November 22, 2009 Share Posted November 22, 2009 OK here's the fix - In our haste to announce the new Sp3 YMAV we forgot to upload the new V1.1 Airshow Mode, which is required. http://myftx.com/FTX_AU_BLUE/YMAV_AIRSHOW_2009_V1.1.zip Just run that installer and all should be fixed, including the FTX Central crash.
