FYI, I'm also using Mogisoft Shade and DX10 with the Fixer. Everything was working fine but I have no idea what could have caused it, I must have changed / installed something that seems to have corrupted something? Holger Sandmann Posted August 20, 2016 Share Posted August 20, 2016 Hi Stuart, indeed, that was my suspicion but I wanted to have it confirmed first; the "Land detail textures" checkbox switches the "detail1.bmp" texture overlay on/off. STUARTH Posted August 22, 2016 Author Share Posted August 22, 2016 Holger, replacing detail1.bmp did resolve the black texture issue, in fact it was missing all together - no idea where it went! However whilst flying over FTX Norway, I also several other missing / corrupt textures. I ended up restoring the backup default World/Texture folder, then reinstalling FTX Global and FTX Norway.
