Matthew Neale
Pulling my hair out here, if I try and update or use ftx central 2 any update or anything but I try results in an error message cannot find scenery.cfg. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have also noticed that trees are on runways along with grass and buildings, I have read that this is a global vector issue, however I haven't purchased that as yet. Nick Cooper
Hello and welcome to the forums. Which simulator are you trying to work with and have you yet installed the latest libraries?
Matthew Neale
Hello and thank you, love your products by the way ) they look amazing. Fsx steam edition I run, yes I've just installed the latest libraries and the seemed to install fine without the message. Then tried to install the openLC and England updates, got the following scenery missing notification. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Matthew Neale
Amazing, fixed it perfectly and only 2 hours restoring my settings! Thank you ever so much as it also seems to have solved my trees and buildings on airports too! Great support thank you. Matthew Neale
Actually, tried to update England as suggested by FTX Central. I need to update to service pack 005 but get this following message trying to open the app....... Users\i7-2600k\Downloads\OrbxFTXEUENG150 (1).zip: Unexpected end of archive Furthermore, it suggests I need to update to 1.51, however, I cannot find this file on the support page, am I missing something? Triplane
The zip file extract error could just be a bad download. Download it again and see if that solves the extract problem. Once you have the 1.50 update installed, the update to 1.51 will be available in FTX Central. Doug
Matthew Neale
Downloaded it 4 times and still get the same message. Thank you for the heads up on the 1.51 part. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

Matthew Neale
Is winrar a download manager? If not, what is one? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Nick Cooper
Internet Download Manager is the one I use. I have paid for mine, years ago from when my internet connection was 36kbps. You will see that there is a free trial on the linked page. Or, search google for Internet Download Manager and select from the many freeware ones. Triplane
I, too, use Internet Download Manager and it's a really great utility. But, as Nick points out, there are also some good freeware versions available. Here's one that has all the functions most of us need. And, I know it works well because I've used it. Matthew Neale
Thank you Doug, what's the advantage of a download manager then over say the standard Google chrome? Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
