Just bought North America LC... went to download it and after a few tries I am able to download my LC purchase as well as any other FTX product I've purchased in the past. shermank Posted July 31, 2016 Share Posted July 31, 2016 Are you using a DL Manager? Even with that, the store appears to be so busy that not all connections are made quickly. Even then, the DL will go very slowly. The file is split into 4 parts. If one server is not working for you, try another. Just remember, we are all in a long line. I have received Part 1, Parts 2 3 and 4 are being downloaded as I type this. Depending on the connection being used (Cable, DSL, etc) times will vary. Hope this helps.
