I have recently reinstalled p3d.3.5.

After installing the northern and southern California land classes with latest versions, the simulator crashes at 23% loading.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. order numbers are : Southern California # FSS0479705, Northern Californina # FSS0319589.

Thanks

Hi Sean,

do the crashes happen at any location within NCA/SCA and with different aircraft?

Are you using any third-party scenery add-ons for that area? If so you could temporarily deactivate them in the scenery library menu to check for potential conflicts.

Also, it might help to check Windows Event viewer (Windows Logs > Applications) what the logged details are of those crashes. Look for the latest crash, which will be marked as an "Application Error" with the faulting application "p3d.exe", and then either copy and paste the information from the General tab of the error log or take a screenshot as my example below.

Hi Sean,

others here may know more about g2d.dll crashes in the but I googled for "g2d.dll p3d crash startup" and it came up with a couple of threads that might be helpful, e.g.:

Hi Holger

Update tried all those items and still no joy.

Weird as my PNW and other sceneries working fine just those two areas, and Palm Springs.

Could it possibly because I went straight to version 2 of FTX central, just a thought.

I am guessing this may end up down the nuclear route and full re-install.

Cheers Sean
