DaveH-UK
The area immediately surrounding YBPN terminal building is water! Taxiing too near the terminal causes aircraft to sink/crash. Relevant installed products are FTX AU Full version and HD Trees and AU Holgermesh. http://fsfiles.org/flightsimshotsv2/image/GNRF
John Dow
Do you have Vector enabled? If so that's almost certainly the reason for your problems. Try unticking Vector when flying in Australia. It's a known issue when Vector is active along with FTA AU: http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/77587-agitated-scenery-near-sydney/#entry710249 http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/79467-ftx-terrain-ftx-global-vector-compatibility/?p=728369
DaveH-UK
Hi John, Thanks for your prompt response and suggestion. However, I have not purchased FTX Global Vector, just FTX Global Base Pack. FTX Central 2 is set to Oceania region active, hybrid mode off. None of the payware airports are affected and most of the default FTX AU region airports also look OK; except, as far as I can see, YCCT and YBHM. John Dow
I just checked the same spot and yep there's water there. I disabled the AU ORBX scenery and the problem is gone. I'll pass it on together with the other issues, then it'll be up to the devs to action at some stage. In the meantime stay on the apron!!! :-)
