When designing scenery a developer will make use of what particular imagery is available for them to use for their photoreal and for ground poly references. Either before or after release. It's not a flaw. This scenery is designed from the 2013/2014 version of the airport. Not the newest 2015 version. The developers have to make with what they get, and there is no satellite imagery of the new airport layout, and if they were to make the airport with its' new layout, then they would have to go back to the airport again and take 100+ photos.
