active AERO Gives Error When Starting

Tried to start AERO from FTX Central2 after installing ORBXLIBS. This is a fresh P3DV3 install which does operate properly in non-ORBX areas. The folowing Exception Error occurs:

This is the key line

Is this the correct location of where you have P3D and is the file there?
