Jarrad Marshall
G'day there, welcome to the forums In order to have everything (including trees) display correctly at Palm Springs, 1. Download and install the latest ORBX Libraries from here. 2. Run FTX Central v2 (shortcut will be on your desktop), and select and apply either the Global or North American Region. Applying (or re-applying) the region is important as it activates the autogen updates for you. 3. If that doesn't solve all your problems, the next step is to post a couple of screenshots of your issue. Instructions on how to do that can be found here. Let us know how you go, Cheers, Jarrad

Nick Cooper
The error message is telling you that UIAutomationCore.dll is missing. Have you removed it from your Windows installation?
xjt10
I dont know if I did. If so how would i get it back? I have FTX central on another computer and it works fine. Could i just copy the UIAutomaticCore.dll over to my other computer?
xjt10
I found the UIAutomationCore.dll files under my OS (C:). there are 4 files that say UIAutomationCore.dll and other are UIAutomationCore.dll.mui and UIAutomationCore.dll.old
Nick Cooper
You could have a look first, it should be in C:\Windows\System32 and it's name is UIAutomationCore.dll You might do that or your can run a Windows system scan and repair and the file should be replaced. xjt10
Ok so i did a system file check and it found corrupted files and was unable to reslove it. SO i did a DISM restore health and i got this... Error: 87 The Restorehealth option is not recognized in this context. For more information refer to the help. The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log ????????????????????????????
Nick Cooper
Sorry, I can't help you with the second part. The system scan has shown you that you have errors, have you checked to see if it has restored the file to C:\Windows\system32?
xjt10
I dont know if it was restored. FTX Central is still saying the same message.
Nick Cooper
If your other PC has the same operating system, you might try copying the file across then.

Jethro VH-JET
Hi xjt10, I haven't used DISM command tools, but have used the "System File Checker". GOTO Windows Start menu program list >Accessories> command prompt > right click run as administrator type in the cmd window sfc /scannow to discover and fix missing or damaged system files, let the checker run it will take a little while, give that a try. Jethro VH-JET
Hi again xjt10, Just discovered that DISM will run multiple tools to restore/fix windows System files including sfc /scannow. since the DISM scan you ran earlier showed unresolved errors in Image Health you may not have set IMAGE_HEALTH.CMD to Unblock as in step 2 inside the spoiler hide box below, or you did not have your restore image media drive or disk inserted as in step 3 below in the hide box spoiler. When you ran the DISM tool, did you also run it as Administrator. Spoiler SFC SCANNOW and DISM RESTOREHEALTH - Repair Corrupt Files Here is a program to help users with corrupt windows files.. This program will run System File Checker and DISM commands to repair an online Windows image and will look for the setup media to use as a repair source Step 1: Download and Extract > IMAGE_HEALTH.ZIP Step 2: Right-Click IMAGE_HEALTH.CMD > Select Properties > Select Unblock Step 3: Insert your Windows Setup Media ( Mounted ISO or DVD or USB ) Step 4: Right Click on IMAGE_HEALTH.CMD and Run as Administrator IMAGE_HEALTH.ZIP This Program supports any ISO with either an Install.wim or Install.esd The Preferred Method Of Use To Fix file Corruption Would Be To SelectOption 1 - /ScanHealth > if shows as Repairable, then Option 2 - /RestoreHealth > if shows as Missing Source Files, then Option 3 - /RestoreHealth /source Note: Dism uses the component store as it's main source for Image Repair, so best to Select Option 2 Before Selecting Option 3 and redirecting the repair source, to the Windows Setup Media.. Option 4 > will analyze the component store, it will tell you if the store needs to be cleaned up Option 5 > will cleanup (Remove) superseded windows files over 45 days old in the component store Option 6 > will cleanup (Remove) ALL superseded windows files in the component store Option 7 > will run Revert Pending Dism Actions (UnLock, The Locked Disk Message) Option 8 > will run System File Checker - SFC /Scannow Option 9 > will run Disk Cleanup Manager in Extended Mode Option 10 > will run CheckDisk on a Volume, to scan for and fix disk errors.. Option 11 > will run ShowKeyPlus to retrieve windows product key Option 12 > will export 3rd Party System Drivers into a " Drivers" folder Option 13 > will run a MS Tool that will Automatically move all the User files from the Windows.old folder to the corresponding locations within your new Windows installation. Note: There are log files to help you and others troubleshoot DISM and SFC issues.. Those *.Log files will be created on your Desktop as *.txt files.. So you can post them easily in a forum.. xjt10
Now when you mean run DISM you mean when I typed it into CMD? If so yes I did run as administrator. I do not have the CD so I can restore the computer or something. The error 87 is where I'm at now.

xjt10
Yes. nothing. I don't know why this is not working. No matter what Im always getting error messages.
xjt10
The only thing I can think of doing is doing a system restore to the factory settings. Just wipe out my whole computer. Not a big deal.
Nick Cooper
I would guess that your copy of Windows is in trouble. That seems to be what the system scan reported.
xjt10
Thank you for all the help! At least I know why its not working. I really appreciate it. Another thing...I live right next to KPWK. I would do ANYTHING!! Even pay you guys to make it. Its in a really cool location due to KORD and KMDW. Iv been noticing more and more of you ORBX scenery's and I have to admit. This is the best most realistic scenery on the market to this day! You guys put your hard work into these airports and its just a jaw drop. Making KPWK will probably attracted alot of costumers knowing KPWK has not been done by any developers excepted Aerosoft. Which in that case is not very good but its better then Default. Again thanks for your help and Please get back to me on KPWK and maybe..just MAYBE we can make it happen. Ill help you and your team as much as i can to make KPWK as pictures go and scenery coverage.
