RandyB
I was flying in the Canada region for NA LC and noticed that once I got above enough altitude to view the landscape - the scenery started to break up into rectangular and polygonal areas - sometimes these would flash in and out of the normal scenery. Houses were still visible, but if they were near a body of water - some of them started to look like they were in the water. I also occurs away from water where segments of roads will randomly appear. Eventually the scenery turns to just a bunch of criss-crossing lines. I am running UTX 2 and not FTX global. I was running UTX 1 prior, but can't remember if there was an issue.

Holger Sandmann
Hi there, most likely the problem stems from the fact that the openLC series does require Global Base to be installed. Without it you're missing a number of crucial texture sets and thus the sim displays random textures instead. Cheers, Holger
RandyB
I do have global base installed. Also - the issue occurs whether or not I have UTX2 selected.
RandyB
Hi Holger Doogles' link to your fix in the FAQ section appears to have worked. Thanks to both of you guys for taking time out or your Sunday to help me out. I appreciate it. Regards, RB
